MX0041A/-002 is an InfiniiMax 4 differential solder-in probe head (25-pack) designed for high-speed signal measurements. It is a part of the InfiniiMax 4 probe system that the InfiniiMax 4 probe system, it supports bandwidth of up to 52GHz for accurate high-frequency testing. The modular probe architecture uses a flexible printed circuit (FPC) probe head, enabling reliable connections in dense PCB environments.

• Micro solder-in probe tip with longer length (60.5 mm)
• Pre-wired probe tips with wire length 0.762 mm long
