Product Overview
M7 is an A-SMA, surface mount, standard recovery diode that characterizes low forward voltage drop and high current handling capability. This standard recovery diode is ideally suited for general-purpose applications such as consumer electronics, lighting, computers, telecommunications equipment, and accessories. It is ideal for use in low voltage, high-frequency inverters, and polarity protection applications.
