Product Overview
74LVC14AD,118 is a hex inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs. Inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the use of this device as a translator in mixed 3.3V and 5V environments. Typical applications include wave and pulse shapers for highly noisy environments, astable multivibrators, and monostable multivibrators.
- Wide supply voltage range from 1.2V to 3.6V
- Overvoltage tolerant inputs to 5.5V
- CMOS low-power consumption, direct interface with TTL levels
- Unlimited input rise and fall times
- Complies with JEDEC standard JESD8-C/JESD36 (2.7V to 3.6V)
- Input leakage current is ±20μA max at VCC = 3.6V; VI= 5.5V or GND
- Supply current is 40μA max at VCC = 3.6V; VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A
- Additional supply current is 5000μA max at per input pin (VCC=2.7 - 3.6V, VI=VCC - 0.6V, IO=0A)
- SO14 package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
