Product Overview
MPX5700 series piezoresistive transducer is a state-of-the-art monolithic silicon pressure sensor designed for a wide range of applications but particularly those employing a microcontroller or microprocessor with A/D inputs. This patented, single element transducer combines advanced micromachining techniques, thin-film metallization, and bipolar processing to provide an accurate, high level analogue output signal that is proportional to the applied pressure.

- Ideally suited for microprocessor or microcontroller-based systems
- Absolute pressure type configuration
- Patented silicon shear stress strain gauge
- Durable epoxy unibody element
- 15KPa to 700KPa pressure range, 0.409VDC max zero pressure offset and 4.7VDC full scale output
- Supply voltage range from 4.75 to 5.25VDC
- 10mAdc supply current, ±2.5%VFSS accuracy, 6.4mV/Kpa typ sensitivity
- 6 lead SIP package
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
