S32K311NHT0MPAIT is a S32K3 32bit microcontroller (MCU). This S32K3 family offers scalability in the number of cores, memory and peripherals, ensuring high-performance. It provides a comprehensive end-to-end solution for development and production. This S32K3 MCU features a hardware security engine (HSE) with NXP firmware, enabling firmware over-the-air (FOTA) updates and includes ISO 26262 compliant Real-Time Drivers (RTD) suitable for both AUTOSAR® and non-AUTOSAR applications. The S32K3xx series offers a broad range of memory, peripherals and performance options. Devices in this series share common peripherals and pin-out, allowing developers to migrate easily within a chip series or among other chip series to take advantage of more memory or feature integration.
