The MCT9001 is a 2-channel 8-pin Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a NPN silicon planar phototransistor. It is suitable for AC line/digital logic, digital logic/digital logic, digital logic/AC TRIAC control and twisted-pair line receiver.
