116-1-A-12/2D is a 116 series SIL/SIP reed relay engineered for ultra high density ATE switching matrices and multiplexers, where close packing would otherwise create interaction issues. It uses an instrumentation-grade reed switch with sputtered ruthenium contacts, making it well suited to low-level “cold” switching with low leakage performance. An internal mu-metal magnetic screen minimises magnetic interaction in tightly populated layouts, helping maintain predictable operating voltages and consistent performance in compact, high-channel-count test systems. Typical applications include test & measurement, semiconductor testing, thermocouple switching, medical and portable devices.
