BD87B29FVM-CTR

BD87B29FVM-CTR is a voltage detector IC with watchdog timer for automotive. It integrate a Reset (RESET) that monitors the input voltage of the microcomputer and a watchdog timer (WDT) that monitors the clock signal of the microcomputer. Even with its wide input voltage up to 20V the quiescent current is kept low, making it possible to improve redundancy of various system with low current consumption. The RESET detection voltage can be selected either from fixed type or from variable type just by adjusting the external resister. Also, the RESET delay time and Watchdog monitor time can be adjusted by the external capacitor. Applications include power train, body control unit, car infotainment system.
