Product Overview
74LCX240FT(AJ) is a CMOS digital silicon monolithic IC. It is a high-performance CMOS octal bus buffer. It is designed for use in 3.3V systems, it achieves high-speed operation while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. This device is designed for low-voltage (3.3V) VCC applications, but it could be used to interface to 5V supply environment for both inputs and outputs. It is an inverting 3-state buffer having two active-low output enables. This device is designed to be used with 3-state memory address drivers, etc. All inputs are equipped with protection circuits against static discharge.
- Wide operating voltage range from 1.65V to 3.6V
- Output current: IOH/IOL = 24mA (min) (VCC = 3.0V)
- Power-down protection provided on all inputs and outputs
- Input leakage current is ±5µA max at (VIN = 0 to 5.5V, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40°C to 85°C)
- Quiescent supply current is 10µA max at (VIN = VCC or GND, 1.65 to 3.6V, Ta = -40°C to 85°C)
- Propagation delay time is 6.5ns max at (3.3 ±0.3V, Ta = -40°C to 85°C)
- Input voltage range from 0 to 5.5V
- Pin and function compatible with the 74 series (74LVC/ALVC/ etc.) 240 type
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- TSSOP20B package
