B58601E3513B710 is a C35 series gauge pressure sensor die. It features measured media (back side) non-aggressive gases and fluids. It is unsuitable for substances, which react with glass or silicon. Application includes industrial, automotive, and medical.
- Piezoresistive MEMS technology, outstanding long-term stability
- Square diaphragm, rated pressure ranges 0.1 bar
- Wheatstone bridge with mV output, ratiometric to supply voltage
- Typical nonlinearity backside is ±0.5% FS (parameter at 25°C,VDD = 5V)
- Typical nonlinearity topside is ±0.2% FS (parameter at 25°C,VDD = 5V)
- Typical sensitivity is 550mV/bar (parameter at 25°C, VDD = 5V)
- Operating supply voltage range from 1.0 to 5.0V
- Typical total bridge resistance is 3.3Kohm at 25°C
- Offset range from -5 to +5mV/V (at 25°C, output signal at VDD = 5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40 to 150°C
