The 1598JSGY is allow-profile instrument Enclosure made of general purpose ABS plastic with aluminium end panels. It has two sets of vertical 1.5mm PC board guides are moulded into case halves, front and rear. The front and rear panels are 1.6mm brushed aluminium with protective paper on one side.

- Easy access to interior via shell type construction
- Integral horizontal PC card mounts on Eurocard centres
- PC card standoffs moulded into top and bottom half of enclosure - require #6 x 1/4" screws
