The BTS462T is a 1-output N-channel high-side vertical Power FET Switch with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and monolithically integrated in smart SIPMOS® technology. It provides embedded protective functions, fast demagnetization of inductive loads and reverse battery protection with external resistor.
