BTS70402EPAXUMA1 is a PROFET™ +2 12V smart high-side power switch providing protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated into SMART7 technology. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads and replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits. The driving capability is suitable for 3.5A loads and high inrush current loads such as P27W + R5W lamps or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules).
- High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
- ReverseON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
- Switch ON capability while inverse current condition (InverseON)
- Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart
- Overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent restart control
- Undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage protection with external components
- Proportional load current sense, open load in ON and OFF state, short circuit to ground and battery
- Qualified for automotive applications, product validation according to AEC-Q100 Grade 1
- PG-TSDSO-14 package
- Junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
