BTS71202EPAXUMA1 is a PROFET™ +2 12V smart high-side power switch providing protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated into SMART7 technology. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads and replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits. The driving capability suitable for 2A loads (including relays) and high inrush current loads such as R10W lamps or equivalent electronic loads (e.g. LED modules).

• Overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent restart control
• Undervoltage shutdown, overvoltage protection with external components

• Qualified for automotive applications, product validation according to AEC-Q100 Grade 1
• PG-TSDSO-14 package
• Junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
