IM12B10CC1XKMA1 is a CIPOS™ maxi 1200V, 10A three-phase intelligent power module. CIPOS™ Maxi 1200V, 10A three-phase IGBT7 based intelligent power module with open emitter in DIP 36x23D package providing fully-featured compact inverter solution with excellent thermal conduction for motor drive applications including industrial drives, fans and pumps, HVAC, active filters, and etc. Suitable for commercial HVAC, general purpose motor drive - variating frequency and voltage, heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), industrial automation and motor control applications.
- Based on 1200V TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7
- Power rating up to 2200W at 10KHz
- Rugged 1200V SOI gate driver
- Over current shutdown
- Under-voltage lockout
- All 6 switches turn off during protection
- Temperature monitoring
