PROFET™+2 12V grade0 evaluation board is high temperature resistant up to 175°C and comes with 1 high-side switch of BTS7004-1EPZ. The purpose of this board is to provide a quick and easy solution for customer’s lab evaluations. The PROFET™+2 12V grade0 evaluation board is capable to drive resistive, capacitive and/or inductive loads. Qualified for automotive applications (product validation according to AEC-Q100 grade 0). It replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits. Suitable for driving glow plug, heating loads, DC motor and for power distribution and also for power train systems such as transmission applications. It used in applications with extended or/and high temperature mission profiles.
