The DPG30C400PB is a HiPerFRED™ high-performance Fast-recovery Diode features low Irm which reduces power dissipation within the diode and turn-on loss in the commutating switch. It is used as anti-parallel diode for high frequency switching devices, anti-saturation diode, snubber diode, free-wheeling diode, rectifiers in switch mode power supplies (SMPS) and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
