SCMQ14C474PRBA0 is a SCM series SuperCapacitor. This series of cylindrical electrochemical double-layer capacitor offers excellent pulse power handling characteristics based on the combination of very high capacitance and very low ESR. Used by itself or in conjunction with primary or secondary batteries, this provides extended backup time, longer battery life, and provides instantaneous power pulses as needed. It offers great solutions for holding up, energy harvesting, and pulse power applications. Typical applications include camera flash systems, energy harvesting, GSM/GSR pulse applications, UPS/industrial, wireless alarms, remote metering, scanners, toys and games.
