The D6015L is a Teccor® Silicon Rectifier with 100% matte tin-plated copper alloy terminals and an UL94V-0 flammability-rated body. The silicon rectifier features glass-passivated junction to ensure long term reliability and stability. In addition, glass offers a rugged, reliable barrier against junction contamination. This rectifier is used in common anode or common cathode circuits.
