MBRB20100CT is a MBR series schottky barrier rectifier that is designed to meet the general requirements of commercial applications by providing high temperature, low leakage and low VF products. It is suitable for high frequency switching mode power supply, free-wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes. Typical applications are switching mode power supply, free-wheeling diodes, DC/DC converters, polarity protection diodes.
- High junction temperature capability
- Guard ring for enhanced ruggedness and long term reliability
- Low forward voltage drop, high frequency operation
- Common cathode configuration in surface mount TO-263 package
- Peak inverse voltage is 100V
- Forward voltage drop (per leg) (VF1) is 0.80V at 5A, pulse, TJ = 25°C
- Reverse current at DC condition (per leg) (IR1) is 1.0mA at VR = rated VR TJ = 25°C
- Junction temperature range from -50 to 150°C
- Voltage rate of change is 10,000V/μs
