The P6KE6.8A is an axial leaded unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode with lead-free matte tin-plated terminal and a molded plastic body. The P6KE series TVS is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. The TVS device is ideal for the protection of I/O interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom.
