The P6SMB400CA from Littelfuse is a 600W, bidirectional, P6SMB series transient voltage suppressor in DO-214AA package. It features excellent clamping capability, low incremental surge resistance, low profile package, built-in strain relief and fast response time. The P6SMB series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. It is ideal for the protection of I/O Interfaces, VCC bus and other vulnerable circuits.
