MAX3371EXT+T

The MAX3371EXT+T is a low-voltage level translator in 6 pin SC-70 package. This device is a bidirectional level shifter which allows data transfer from the VCC side to the VL side and from the VL side to the VCC side. It is ideal for applications interfacing low-voltage devices to other logic levels.

• Supply voltage range is 2.5V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Data rate of 2Mbps
• Low quiescent current (<lt/> 100µA)
• Ultra-low shutdown supply current is <lt/> 1µA
• Operation down to 1.6V
• Three state outputs in shutdown
• Operates with push-pull and open-drain driving
