MAX4645EUK+T

The MAX4645EUK+T is a fast, low voltage, 2.5ohm, SPST, CMOS analogue switch in 5 pin SOT-23 package. It is a normally open (NO) switch, features 2.5ohm typical on-resistance (RON) from +5V supply. RON is flat (0.4ohm max) over the specified signal range. Each switch can handle Rail-to-Rail analogue signals. Off-leakage current is 0.25nA (max) at +25°C. This analogue switch is ideal in low-distortion applications and the preferred solution over mechanical relays in automated test equipment or applications where current switching is required. They have low power requirements with less board space and is more reliable than mechanical relays. This switch operates from a +1.8V to +5V single supply making it ideal for use in battery powered applications. It is also used in sample and hold circuits, audio/video signal routing, relay replacement, low voltage data-acquisition systems and communications circuits.
