MAX919EUK+T

The MAX919EUK+T is a nanopower, beyond the rails comparator without reference in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This device has beyond the rails inputs and it operates down to +1.8V. The MAX919 requires 380nA of supply current. This feature makes this device as ideal for all 2 cell battery applications including monitoring/management. The unique design of the output stage limits supply current surges while switching, virtually eliminating supply glitches typical of many other comparators. This design also minimizes overall power consumption under dynamic conditions. The MAX919 has a push-pull output stage that sinks and sources current. Large internal output drivers allow rail-to-rail output swing with loads up to 8mA. It is typically used in ultra low power systems, threshold detectors/discriminators, sensing at ground or supply line, telemetry and remote systems.

• Input voltage range extends 200mV beyond the rails

• Internal hysteresis for clean switching
• No phase reversal for overdriven inputs
• Input offset voltage of 1mV at TA = +25°C
• PSRR of 0.1mV/V (VCC = 1.8V to 5.5V) and CMRR of 0.5mV/V
• High to low propagation delay of 22μs and low to high propagation delay of 95μs (VCC = 5V)
• Input bias current of 0.15nA at TA = +25°Cand input offset current of 10pA
