MAX9938HEUK+T

The MAX9938HEUK+T is a 1µA, precision current sense amplifier in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This high side, 200V/V gain, current sense amplifier offers precision accuracy specifications of VOS less than 500µV (max), gain error less than 0.5% (max) and ultra low quiescent supply current of 1µA making the part ideal for applications in notebook computers, cell phones, PDAs and all battery operated portable devices where accuracy, low quiescent current and small size are critical.

• Supply voltage range is 1.6V to 28V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• Common mode rejection ratio of amplifier is 130dB
• Small signal bandwidth is 30KHz
• Input offset voltage is ±100µV at TA = +25°C
