XD6239H2816R-Q

XD6239H2816R-Q is an XD6239 series low noise, high PSRR, with ON/OFF control function, 300mA, high-speed LDO regulator. It features high accuracy, low noise, high ripple rejection and low dropout. The series consists of a voltage reference, an error amplifier, a driver FET, a current limiter, a phase compensation circuit, a thermal shutdown circuit and an inrush current protection circuit. The current limit circuit and the thermal shutdown circuit are built-in. These two protection circuits will operate when the output current reaches the current limit level or the junction temperature reaches the temperature limit level. Applications include automotive camera module, automotive body control application system, automotive infotainment (drive recorder, ETC), and industrial equipment.
