EVB-USB2240-IND is a USB2240 ultra fast high speed USB 2.0 multi slot flash media controller evaluation board. The EVB-USB2240-IND is designed to demonstrate the unique features of this device using a low cost PCB implementation to support internal default configuration settings and an external I2C EEPROM optional for customized configured functionality. USB2240 family of Hi-Speed USB 2.0 flash media card controllers provides an ultra fast interface between a USB host controller and today's most popular flash media cards. The USB2240 consists of a USB 2.0 device transceiver, fast 8051 microprocessor and Memory Stick, Smart Media and Secure Digital controllers in a single chip.
