The MCP9700T-E/TT is a low-power linear active Thermistor™ IC comprise a family of analogue temperature sensors that convert temperature to analogue voltage. The low-power sensors feature an accuracy of ±4 from 0 to +70°C while consuming 6μA (typical) of operating current.
