MP23701GQEU-Z

The MP23701 is a 24V, monolithic, synchronous, step-down, white LED driver with a built-in power MOSFET and rectifier. The MP23701 can achieve up to 2A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation. Peak-current mode operation provides fast transient response and easy loop stabilization. The MP23701 implements deep analogue dimming. Full protection features include cycle-by-cycle peak-current limiting, output short-circuit protection (SCP), open LED protection, NTC thermal protection and thermal shutdown.
