This is a miniature “Mono Block”, non-isolated Point-of-Load (PoL) DC-DC power converter for embedded applications and also include powering FPGA/CPU’s, data-com/telecom systems, distributed bus architectures (DBA), programmable logic and mixed voltage systems applications.
- Up to 40A of output current with 2 modules by multi phase operation
- Quick response to load change
- Outstanding thermal derating performance
- Over current (OC) /voltage (OV)/temperature (OT), under voltage (UV) protections
- PMBus™ interface available and PMBus™1.3 ready
- ON/OFF control (positive logic)
- Power Good (PWGOOD) signal
- High efficiency of 91.0% max
- Minimum Vout setting resolution 2mV/bit and ultra small surface mount package
