HEF4050BT,653 is a hex non-inverting buffer. It is a hex buffer with overvoltage-tolerant inputs. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant to 15.0V. This enables the device to be used in HIGH-to-LOW level shifting applications. It is suitable for LOCMOS (local oxidation CMOS) to DTL/TTL converter, HIGH sink current for driving two TTL loads, HIGH-to-LOW level logic conversion.
