PESD1LVDS,115 is an ESD protection for in-vehicle ultra-high-speed interfaces. The device is designed to protect in-vehicle ultra high-speed interfaces in automotive applications, such as Low-Voltage Differential Signalling (LVDS), High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) and DisplayPort interfaces against ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD). The device is designed for high-speed receiver and transmitter port protection: automotive A/V monitors, displays and cameras.

• Reverse leakage current is 1µA max per channel; V=3.0V, Tamb=25°C
• Breakdown voltage is 9V max at I=1mA, Tamb=25°C
• Forward voltage is 0.7V typical at Tamb=25°C
• Input/output to ground capacitance is 0.6pF typ at f=1MHz;Vbias=2.5V, Tamb=25°C

• Ambient temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
