788816-01 is a PXIe, 2.6GHz 6-core processor PXI controller. The PXIe‑8842 is an embedded controller for PXI systems that you can use for processor-intensive modular instrumentation and data acquisition applications. The PXIe‑8842 includes two 10/100/1000/2500BASE‑T (Gigabit) Ethernet ports, one Thunderbolt™ 4 port, two USB 3.0 ports, four USB 2.0 ports, as well as an integrated hard drive, serial port, and other peripheral I/O.

- 8GB standard (16GB maximum), single channel DD4-3200MHz, nonECC SODIMM memory
- 512GB (or greater) M.2, NVMe SSD storage
- 1 x DisplayPort 1.4
- 5GT/s PCI express link speed
- Windows 10 IoT or Linux RT installed operating system
- One system slot plus three controller expansion slots
- Fully compatible with PXI Express Specification 1.0
