BB201,215

The BB201,215 is a low-voltage variable capacitance Double Diode with a common cathode and fabricated in silicon planar technology. The double diode features excellent linearity and very low series resistance. The Varicap diode is principally used as voltage controlled variable capacitors. This small device play an important role in a host of RF applications from tuning, frequency multiplier and modulation, to couple elements in filters with controlled bandwidth, parametric amplification and switching in the VHF and microwave regions.
