KITPSCDEBUGEVM is a tracer tool for PT2000 and MC33816. The tracer module is a tool that monitors trace output from MC33816 and PT2000 PSC devices. It records the execution path of the microcode and the time spent on each instruction. The Tracer is a valuable tool for determining the real-time performance of your PSC application. It is controlled using the Tracer interface tab on the Developer Studio IDE.

• USB connector use to communicate between the PT2000/MC33816 IDE and tracer
• Coaxial connector to be connected to the DBG pin and GND
• Green LED is ON when calibration sequence is received (ready to receive trace code sequence)
• Yellow LED is ON when tracer RAM is full
• Red LED is ON when tracer is waiting for calibration pulses
