The MBRS240LT3G is a surface mount Schottky power Rectifier Diode with moulded epoxy case, all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish and cathode polarity band. The Schottky rectifier employs the Schottky Barrier principle in a metal-to-silicon power rectifier. It features epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. The Schottky rectifier is ideally suited for free wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes.
- Highly stable oxide passivated junction
- Guard-ring for overvoltage protection
- Low forward voltage drop
- Maximum temperature of 260°C/10 seconds for soldering
- Epoxy meets UL94V-0 at 0.125"
