The MURS340T3G is a surface-mount ultrafast Power Rectifier with epoxy moulded case and all external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable finish. The ultrafast rectifier employs state of the art epitaxial construction with oxide passivation and metal overlay contact. It is ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification or as free wheeling and protection diodes in surface-mount applications, where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
