The NTS1545MFST1G is an exceptionally low forward voltage Trench-based Schottky Rectifier with moulded epoxy case and matte-tin finish terminals. It is suitable for use in switching power supplies including high frequency, DC-DC converters, free-wheeling, or-ing diodes and reverse battery protection.
