CAT24C32WI-GT3

The CAT24C32WI-GT3 is a 32kB serial CMOS Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) with 24C32F-marking. This device is internally organized as 4096 words of 8-bit each. It features a 32-byte page write buffer and supports the standard, fast and fast-plus I²C protocol. External address pins make it possible to address up to eight CAT24C32 devices on the same bus.
