The MCR100-6G is a 3-pin sensitive-gate Reverse Blocking Thyristor for line-powered consumer applications such as relay and lamp drivers, small motor controls, gate drivers for larger thyristors and sensing and detection circuits. The MCR100 series SCR has glass-passivated surface for reliability and uniformity.
- Sensitive gate allows triggering by microcontrollers and other logic circuits
- Immunity to dV/dt, 20V/sec minimum at 110°C
