The MCR100-8G is a PNPN reverse blocking Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) designed for high volume and line-powered consumer applications.
- Sensitive gate allows triggering by microcontrollers and other logic circuits
- Blocking voltage to 600V
- ON-state current rating of 0.8A RMS at 80°C
- 10A High surge current capability
- Minimum and maximum values of Igt, Vgt and Ih specified for ease of design
- 20V/sec Minimum at 110°C immunity to dV/dt
- Glass-passivated surface for reliability and uniformity
