The MMBZ series dual common anode Transient Voltage Suppressor Zener Diode designed for applications requiring transient overvoltage protection capability. It is intended for use in voltage and ESD sensitive equipment such as computers, printers, business machines, communication systems, medical equipment and other applications. It is ideal for situations where board space is at a premium.

• 3 to 26V Working peak reverse voltage range
• 5.6 to 33V Standard Zener breakdown voltage range
• 24 or 40W Peak power @ 1ms (unidirectional)
• ESD Class 3B (<gt/>16kV) per the human body model
• ESD Class C (<gt/>400V) per the machine model
• Maximum clamping voltage @ peak pulse current
• <lt/>5μA Low leakage
• -55 to 150°C Operating temperature range
