The MURS320T3G is a surface-mount ultra-fast Power Rectifier with moulded epoxy case. It employs the state-of-the-art epitaxial construction with oxide-passivation and metal overlay contact. It is ideally suited for high voltage, high frequency rectification or as free-wheeling and protection diodes, in surface-mount applications where compact size and weight are critical to the system.
- Notch in plastic body indicates cathode lead
- All external surfaces corrosion-resistant and terminal leads are readily solderable
- Small compact surface-mountable package with j-bend leads
- Rectangular package for automated handling
- High temperature glass-passivated junction
