EEFSX0J151ER is a SP-Cap™ SX series surface mount type conductive polymer aluminium electrolytic capacitor. SP-Cap™ utilize a conductive polymer as its electrolyte material in a layered aluminium design. SP-Cap™ capacitor is primarily used as input and output Capacitors for DC/DC converters due to ultra-low ESR values, high voltage options and the ability to withstand high reflow temperatures.
- Large capacitance, high ripple current and low ESR
- Surface mount type (rectangular style), excellent noise-absorbing characteristics
- 6.3V rated voltage, 150µF capacitance, 20% capacitance tolerance
- Category temperature range from –55 to +105°C
- 6.3A rated ripple current, 94.5µA leakage current
- 2000h endurance, 9mohm ESR
- Body length is 7.30mm, body width is 4.30mm and body height is 1.90mm
