RC22312A001GN1#BB0 is an ultra-low phase noise multi-frequency clock synthesizer and digitally controlled oscillator (DCO). This flexible, low-power device outputs clocks with 25fs RMS jitter supporting 112Gbps and 224Gbps SerDes. It is used in clock synthesis for 112Gbps and 224Gbps SerDes and 100 / 200 / 400 / 800 / 1600Gbps Ethernet PHYs, switches and routers, medical imaging and test and measurement.

• Jitter 25fs RMS, 12kHz to 20MHz with 4MHz HPF
• Output frequency range from 4kHz to 1GHz(differential outputs), 4kHz to 250MHz(single-ended outputs)
• Up to 12 HCSL (AC-LVPECL) or LVDS outputs with independent integer dividers
• DCO frequency resolution < 10-13
• Factory programmable internal OTP
• 1.8V operating voltage
• Serial ports support 1.8V or 3.3V
