BD2269G-MGTR

The BD2269G-MGTR is a 1-channel, 1.3A current limit high side switch IC in 5 pin SSOP package. It is a low ON-resistance N-channel MOSFET high-side power switch optimized for Universal Serial Bus (USB) applications. BD2269G-M is equipped with the function of over-current detection, thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout and soft-start. It is mainly used in car accessories, industrial applications.

• Input voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
• On resistance is 110mohm (typ)
• Over current threshold is 1.15A (min), 1.4A (max)
• Operating current is 110μA and standby current is 0.01μA (typ)
• Open-drain fault flag output
• Output discharge function
• Control input logic is active-low
• Automotive grade AEC-Q100 qualified
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
