BD79104FV-LAE2 is a general-purpose, 12bit 8- channel successive approximation A/D converter. The sampling rate of the device ranges from 0.5MSPS to 1MSPS. It is used in applications such as industrial equipment, instrumentation, and control systems, motor control systems, and data acquisition systems.
- Low power consumption, single-ended input
- Output code in straight binary format, serial interface compatible with SPI/QSPI/MICROWIRE
- Supply voltage range from (VDD) 2.70V to 5.25V
- Supply voltage range from (IOVDD): 1.65V to 5.25V
- INL is ±1.0LSB typical at (VDD = 3V)
- DNL is +1.2/-0.99LSB typical at (VDD = 3V)
- SNR is 72dB typical at (VDD = 3V)
- SINAD is 72dB typical at (VDD = 3V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
