BD9P308MUF-CE2 is a single buck DC/DC converter for automotive. This is a current mode synchronous buck DC/DC converter integrating POWER MOSFETs. Application includes automotive powered supplies, consumer powered supplies.
- VQFN24FV4040 package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
- 3.5V to 40V input voltage range (Initial start-up is 4V or more), 3A output current
- 0.8V to 8.5V output voltage range, 440KHz switching frequency (FREQ-SEL = H, Typ)
- ±1.75% (-40°C to +125°C) output voltage accuracy, 2.1μA shutdown current (typ)
- Nano pulse control™, AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- Minimum ON pulse 50ns (Max), soft start function, current mode control
- Reset function, light load mode (LLM), forced pulse wide modulation (PWM) mode
- Phase compensation included, selectable switching frequency, spread spectrum switching
- External synchronization function, over current, output over voltage protection
- Input undervoltage lockout thermal shut down, short circuit protection
