The HCSD series from Samtec are 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch double row IDC socket ribbon cable assemblies. These socket strips mates with TSW, MTSW, TST, EW, BST, ZST, MTLW, TSM, EJH-02 series terminal strips. The HCSD series cable assemblies are available in single end (socket or male plug on one end), double end (socket or male plug on each end) and transfer end (male plug on one end with socket on other) assembly options. Available in various assembled length options (2inch minimum). These cable assemblies have wide variety of options including reversed (R), middle reversed (M), outside reversed (O), daisy chain single, daisy chain double, wiring reversed daisy chain single, position polarization, stripped & tinned, reversed wiring (RW) and breakout options.

• Pin count varies from 10 to 72
• Gray and colour coded cable options, notch polarization
• Dual beam contacts mate with 0.025" (0.635mm) square posts
• Black liquid crystal polymer insulator material, flammability rating meets UL 94V-0
• Phosphor bronze contacts and 10?" (0.25?m) gold plating on contact area or tail, tin on balance
• 0.120inch (3.05mm) tail lead styles
• UL E111594 qualified
• 28AWG 7/36 stranded tinned copper wire, contact resistance is 10mohm
• Withstanding voltage is 1000VRMS at 60Hz, insulation resistance is 5000Mohm
• Temperature range from -20?C to +105?C (rainbow cable), -40?C to +105?C (gray cable)
